Where do I buy tickets?
Tickets for this event will be sold through a third-party company which can be accessed via our main website.
What is the address?
The event will be taking place at Blackland Farm, Grinstead Lane, East Grinstead, RH19 4HP. Guests should carefully follow the signage as their is multiple fields on site.
Is there a carpark nearby?
Guests will be able to park next to the main festival field, however spaces are limited so we strongly suggest car sharing or looking at alternative modes of transport. Parking is complimentary for all ticket holders.
Do I need to supervise my children?
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian while attending the event. Organisers accept no responsibility for the supervision of children.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?
The main site is located on a field with access via a path which is compacted stones. We aim to make the event as accessible as possible however we cannot guarantee the condition of the field. Cars can drive within a few meters of the main event.
Is the event SEN Friendly?
We welcome all to our event, but careful consideration should be made to the suitability of the event based on the individual’s needs. The site is surrounded by plenty of greenspace and woodland for anyone who needs a quiet space away from the crowds.
Are toilet and changing facilities available?
The main event field houses and purpose-built toilet block with designated disabled cubicles.
Will I be able to purchase food and refreshments?
We plan on inviting a wide range of diverse catering companies to provide a dining experience to our guests offering a variety of hot and cold food as well as beverages.
Is alcohol permitted?
This is a family friendly event; alcohol will not be permitted on the festival site and the event is not licensed for the consumption of alcohol. Anyone found drinking will immediately be asked to leave.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome on-site but must remain on a lead at all times. Owners must clear up any mess their dog makes. Event organisers reserve the right to ask owners to vacate the premises if their pet is found to be causing a nuisance to others.
What is a performers pass?
Performer passes allow those that are participating in a live performance on our stage at the event to gain free entry.
How do I obtain a Performers Pass
Performer passes are issued to your school or group leader based on the licensing details provided to the event organiser.
Will stalls and vendors be accepting cash or card?
Stalls and vendors will be accepting different formats of payment. Some may be cash only, card only, or a mixture of both. Cash points are not located on-site so guests should come prepared to pay with either method.
What if it rains?
Unless weather warnings are implemented that would prevent the event from safely going ahead the show must go on, rain or shine!
Is smoking permitted
This is a public event and smoking within the main event grounds are not permitted, this includes vapes. Allocated areas are clearly marked for smoking and vaping.
Can we bring a picnic
Absolutely – We have a designated picnic space directly in front of the stage! We want you to make the most of this event.
Can we set up a gazebo
Guests will only be allowed to erect a gazebo if they have booked a camping pitch, and it must be erected within their allocated pitch and no where else on site. Participating performer groups will be allocated an area for their group where they may set-up a gazebo.
